Ravens Ridge

Modern homes among the trees, in Marietta, Ohio

Ravens Ridge is a wooded property in Marietta: about 19 parcels and 5.9 acres brought together into one site. We’re planning about 11 new single-family rental homes there.

Designed around the woods

  • Privacy first. Homes are spaced out among the trees for privacy.

  • All-electric. Every home is planned to run on electricity alone.

  • Modern Marietta style. The designs take their cue from modern houses here in Marietta: cantilevered forms and vertical siding.

  • Local wood. Some of the lumber is planned to come from our own urban logging: figured, crotch and spalted boards milled from old local trees.

Where things stand

Ravens Ridge is in planning. The drawings on this page are pencil concept sketches, not final plans. If you’d like updates, or want to be on the list when homes are ready to rent, let us know.
