Harmar Confluence Commons

A civic proposal to reimagine the former Harmar Elementary School as a riverfront event hall, market and rooftop viewing deck at the Ohio–Muskingum confluence, joined by a riverside promenade to the restored Harmar Bridge walkway.

The building stays. Nothing in this proposal requires demolition.
