Building for the long term in Marietta
We invest in real estate for decades, sometimes for generations. Homes and land in Marietta, Ohio and Parkersburg, West Virginia, cared for by people who plan to keep them.
Good partners, good wood
We work with investors, builders and landowners who think long term. And we turn old city trees into beautiful figured, crotch and spalted lumber, some of which ends up in the homes we build.
